We are seeking a Recruiter for our Midland and Odessa, Texas offices with proven experience sourcing, contacting, closing, and hiring qualified individuals. The qualified candidate will possess 3 + years of full life cycle recruitment in a Professional Services/ Corporate Organization, the ability to design and execute staffing plans and sourcing strategies, the proven ability to understand clients’ technical/functional hiring needs and translate those needs into effective, innovative, and efficient candidate generation strategies. The successful individual will have a strong phone presence and assertive candidate contacting and closing capabilities. The preferred applicant will possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high volume, fluid environment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a client focus with a sense of urgency as it relates to filling staffing requirements and building candidate pipelines.
